Public procurement

The CRG is subject to current legislation regarding public procurement, as it is a public foundation, part of the public sector of the Government of Catalonia, and considered a contracting authority.

The objective of the regulation regarding public procurement consists of ensuring the accomplishment of the principles that include the access freedom to tenders, publicity, transparency in procedures, public bidding, non-discrimination and equal treatment of candidates, ensuring the efficient use of public funds by selecting the most economically beneficial offer for the CRG. 

The contracts subject to harmonised and non-harmonised regulation are ruled by the Law 9/2017, of 8th November, of Contracts of the Public Sector. To comply with the principle of publicity of public procurement procedures, our institute has a Public Tender portal and access to the Procurement Platform of the Government of Catalonia, which allows to publicise on the internet our requests for bids, the awarding and all relevant information regarding the contracts signed.

Agreements

The CRG signs collaboration agreements with other research institutes and organisations supporting the research activity of the institute. A list of agreements signed and in place per year can be found below:
