The CRISPR-Cas9 technology, which is revolutionizing research that relies on editing genes, enables researchers to construct novel experiments in a wide range of fields—from basic biomedical research to biotechnology and medicine. It is now possible to create knock-ins, knock-outs and mutations of any gene in any cell line or organism with high efficiency.

The CRG is committed to strengthen and promote high-quality training for technicians. This call aims to provide the CRG and CNAG technicians with additional opportunities to undertake training in the form of courses or workshops that are essential to their professional development and are not available within the CRG and/or PRBB Intervals training portfolio.

Description

This is an introductory course to statistics and R programming. The R part is offered in 4 slow-paced practicums for absolute beginners, followed by 3 faster-paced practicums of statistical modules. For practical exercises we will use R programming language and R Studio.
