Cacharreando program

“Cacharreando” is a coloquial word meaning “to play around”. It is used to figure out on the go how “cacharros” (things) work. We designed the “Cacharreando” program to train CRG Admin departments to explore and “play around” with AI and digital tools. This is a 12-week program, combining hands-on, problem-based learning, and asynchronous learning. Groups/teams from different Admin departments will work together on a defined transversal project using AI and digital tools. These teams will be guided by defined “CRG enablers”, finalizing in a tangible result that will be presented to all Admin departments in the closing session. Anyone willing to participate in this program must dedicate approximately 2 hours per week, resulting in 24 hours for the whole program.

This program has limited participation and all interested must apply. Selected participants will be invited to the kick-off meeting on March 18th, where further details will be shared

What is expected from accepted participants

• Commit to work on the project, attending 5 hackathon sessions of 2 hours each
• Commit to self-learn basic concepts using Moodle platform
• Attend the kick-off (March 18th) and closing sessions (June 12th)

CRG enablers and coordinators (confirmed): TAO, SaF and IT
