Computational analysis is now routine in biological research, yet many wet-lab scientists lack the programming background to work with their own data independently. Breeze is a web-based platform that lets researchers analyze data through natural-language conversation instead of code: users upload their data, describe what they want, and receive analyses, figures, and interpretations in return. The platform runs R, Python, and SQL in the background, reads common scientific file formats, and comes with widely used packages such as DESeq2, Seurat, ggplot2, and Bioconductor preinstalled. Template notebooks cover standard workflows including RNA-Seq and multi-omics, and figures are produced to the formatting requirements of major journals and exportable in publication-ready formats. In practice, a wet-lab researcher can take a dataset from the bench to a publication-quality figure without relying on a bioinformatician for routine analyses. Breeze is currently in private beta.
