Think, Share, Change – Research Culture Discussion 

This event is an open and engaging discussion for the CRG community to rethink how we measure achievements in research. Since traditional metrics, publications, citation counts, impact factors, no longer capture the full story, we need a shared vocabulary around assessment, impact, and research culture to keep pace with shifting practices.  

With perspectives from invited experts in funding, policy, and industry, this interactive session will explore how assessment systems can recognise a broader range of contributions and support a healthier research culture.

Moreover, as impact narratives become increasingly valued by funders and are instrumental for showcasing the broader relevance of research beyond traditional metrics, this event will also offer you the opportunity to start familiarizing yourself with this evolving landscape.
