The Annual Proteomics Symposium, organized by the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), University Pompeu Fabra (UPF), and the Catalan Society of Biology (SCB), will highlight innovative advancements in mass spectrometry-based proteomics for biomedical research. Key topics for this year edition include the importance of studying how the proteome responds to cellular perturbations through spatial redistribution.
The event will also explore structural interactomes, the dynamics of RNA-protein interactions, and computational proteomics to further characterize the newly discovered protein structures, interactions, and spatially resolved networks, using approaches from structural biology, molecular biology, cell biology, and informatics.
Register HERE before 21st November!
Submit your abstract through the registration form for a poster presentation or a short talk (15min) within the symposium program.
Language: All abstracts must be written in English. Deadline: abstracts MUST BE RECEIVED no later than 21st November 2025 Notification of acceptance will be mailed by 24th November 2025. Only the presenting/first author will receive the email notification of acceptance or rejection, and is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract.
