Innovation Mindset Academy - IMA 2022

The purpose of the Innovation Mindset Academy (IMA) is to allow participants to explore alternative ways of applying their scientific and transversal skills in their professional activity.

During the IMA, researchers will be exposed to, and actively participate in, 3 areas:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Scientists in business
  • Intellectual property and value creation

The IMA experience will involve participants working in groups to develop a business idea (ideally linked to the research of at least one of the group members) and further developing it using some of the best practice startup tools.

Highlights

  • Top class speakers from industry and academia
  • Participants gain an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exposure to the world of innovation in deep tech, entrepreneurship, funding and intellectual property
  • Fast-paced, hands-on experiential learning
  • Pitching competition finale in front of real investors and funding experts
  • Fun networking activities integrated into the program
  • Teams working on real ventures that they have selected
