CRG GENDER EQUALITY PLAN

The CRG Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is an action plan with the objective to improve gender equality at the CRG.  The plan was developed in the framework of LIBRA, a European project awarded within the H2020 EU Call for Promoting Gender Equality in Research and Innovation, and is active since July 2016. The CRG Gender Balance Committee coordinated the development of the GEP at the CRG, which is based on a template provided by LIBRA.

 The plan foresees in total 41 actions in the following areas of intervention:

  1. Recruitment
  2. Career Development
  3. Work-life Balance
  4. Sex and Gender Dimension in Research
  5. Governance
